Following the pilot programs, the ASAP team also collated feedback from mentor interviews, cohort member surveys, and combined this with research on effective mentorship programs to create this toolkit.
This sub-section aims to provide a variety of research-driven tools and frameworks that participants and coordinators of any mentorship programmes can utilise to create a mentorship programme that works best for them.
These sub-sections incorporate the best practices from primary and secondary research across each of the 5 stages of mentorship.

The recommendations sub-section draws together the top best practices, to cater specifically to the needs of early-stage impact driven enterprises. Due to time and resource constraints, the mentorship programme aims to apply the most practical and efficient methods to ensure that mentees and mentors are able to maximise the value gained from the programme.
It incorporates a variety of tools that can be used by mentors and mentees alike to guide their mentorship process, this section provides specific recommendations to help structure both future ASAP Mentorship programmes and for ASPECT universities launching their own mentorship programs.
