5 key Measures

  1. Firstly, the social enterprises can be mapped to their respective industries by conducting thorough company profiling. This will ensure that the programme coordinators and mentors are able to analyse exactly how they can aid in the growth process of the enterprise.
  2. The Programme coordinators can leverage social media sites, such as LinkedIn to search and email network, in order to develop a long and suitable list of potential mentors, and subsequently, create a matching process for the mentors and mentees.
  3. Programme coordinators should create a 'code of conduct' for the mentorship programme, and notify the mentors and mentees of the same.
  4. There should be clear guidance regarding the aims of the mentorship session, and coordinators should create some key actions points, in order to facilitate an effective mentoring process.
  5. Coordinators should create an evaluation survey, and incorporate key parameters on which they can measure the impact of the mentorship programme.
